RE: Elder and Sister Dan Noorlander

Dear President Arnold:

I just received a copy of a report which this couple had sent to Brother Henry Peterson of the General Church Welfare Committee. It was their July 24th report, evidently of their monthly activities.

It sounded wonderful and I was thrilled to hear of the reslts that they are obtaining from their labors in Patzicia. I do not know this couple, nor do I know how long they have been there, or what their assignment was; but from this short report, I gather they are trying to help the farmers to apply some basic agriculture methods to make their farming more efficient and productive. I think this is great!

I hope you will convey to them my love and appreciation for what they are doing. Let them know that we are grateful for their sacrifice and their efforts and wish them joy in their labors.

Trust that all is well with you. It would be nice to see you sometime. If I can ever help, let me know.

Warm personal regards,

Signed
A. Theodore Tuttle
